Partnership is a common theme in the bible. Whether we are refering to Moses & Joshua, Elijah & Elisha or Jesus and His disciples it is clear that God will, in many cases, choose to work through a team's unified effort to achieve a desired result. Therefore, successfully reaching the world with the good news about Jesus Christ can not be done by one person but rather a group of people consistently playing a part in the process. Much in the same way, the mission and vision of the Children and Youth Division of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship is so vast that it can not be accomplished by the efforts of one individual. With such being the case, God has given us an exceptional, cutting edge leadership team on various levels to ensure that the day to day operations of Youth Departments around the world are working toward the common goal of changing a generation!
The touch of God's wisdom and love can be seen at work through the efforts of the International Presiding Bishop, General Overseer, International Council, Regional Youth Directors, Youth Representatives and Departments that have gathered in this fellowship to serve as street signs on the road to destiny.
