TALENT JAM REGISTRATION FORM

The Talent Jam provides an international platform for our youth to present their talent before their peers.

Each individual must perform the talent they will present during auditions to receive approval from judges. Any individual or group that presents anything that has not been approved during presentation will automatically be disqualified from the talent jam.

Please be sure to include all of the requested information. Each field is required in order to submit this form.
